Marchell, who himself has taking exactly the same #career path a number of years ago and is now one of a handful of leading #Manggarai diving professionals within his local community and has become a highly experienced #PADI Scuba Diving #Instructor, diving manger and #Cruise Director for one of the leading #Komodo National Park #Livaboard companies ( Wunderpus Livaboards). In his spare time Marcel runs his own successful business offering snorkeling, sightseeing and pleasure trips around #Flores, Indonesia. Also accompanying this training session is PADI #IDC Staff Instructor Justin Gore who has over 15 years of experience of providing #quality scuba Industry #training in both recreational and #professional dive training programs. Having spent the last 5 years training alongside Multiple Award Winning Platinum PADI Course Director Holly, Justin has followed over 50 PADI Instructor #Development Courses (IDC) and this year alone has accompanied over 100 new Instructor level candidates during their training programs, gaining more experience than can be found with most PADI Course Directors worldwide. In his spare time Justin has also owned and operated for the last 10 years a highly successful tourism consultation and marketing company providing quality consultation for leading luxury hotel chains spanning the east and west coast of Thailand and beyond.
